What You’ll Be Doing

Transforming Surfaces: Deep-cleaning, color-sealing grout lines, and making tired tile look brand new.
Minor Repairs: Patching up chipped grout or damaged tile with clean, precise craftsmanship.
Client Hand-Offs: Briefly chatting with homeowners to answer questions and walk them through your work.
Gear & Rig Care: Keeping your company vehicle clean, stocked, and ready for the next day.

What We’re Looking For

Eye for Detail: You take pride in neat, clean, precise work and love a satisfying aesthetic transformation.
Self-Motivated & Dependable: You don't need hand-holding to get things done right the first time.
Customer-Friendly: Good communication and a solid, respectful attitude with clients.
Organized: You keep your workspace and vehicle neat.

Bonus points if you live near the West Minneapolis Metro or have prior tile/grout experience (though we will fully train the right person).

Compensation: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
